In the area of B2E (Business to Employee) we have seen a new Heading: ERM. What is really ERM all about? We will look into this topic by comparing different solutions and looking into the Solution offered by Siebel.

In this economy, your pipeline depends on penetrating large strategic accounts, which is a complex challenge. A successful account approach must identify the needs and solutions for multiple business and service units often located around the world. Account team activities must be planned, coordinated, and tracked. Siebel Enterprise Selling Process (ESP) can help sales organizations achieve all of these goals.
