Review
Arranging the fixing of PC problems can becom a night mare. You need
a good friend? In a helpdesk you must rely on knowledge transfer
and a powerful helpdesk tool.
In a long career as project consultant I saw many helpdesks
being set up from scratch. Teams often coming from a mainframe
background hence little PC trouble shooting experience at hand.
One of the worst loss of productivity is when users start fixing
their own PC. Things often go so wrong that only fresh installation
helps

Even though
I am not an expert of music I have consulted a music studio in
Majorca on setting up its IT infrastructure. Several tool to editing
music I got for them at a time when such powerful tools were not
available a price affordable for a new studio.
This book is well set up as the reader will get power at hand.
I would like to recommend this book to a musicians and consultants
in the media field.
