No, it is not a bunch of sailing pirates that try to get into European parliaments. They are not blood hungry sun burned adventurers but young and ambitious politicians with a true belief. Are they going to succeed?

Well, they seem to be making a hell of a racket when it comes to pushing into county parliaments. They access to the German national parliament will succeed. They ideas and beliefs catch the feelings of many discouraged young people. The established politicians are losing their followers. In particular the smaller parties are losing their rebellious character.

Politicians in the green area have become used to the game play in Berlin. They are winning their course. Germany had shut down many atom power stations. But the leading parties are using backhanded methods to weaken the game changers in the solar industry.

Shall European solar companies loose to the cheap Chinese competition? China provides its local companies huge subsidies to finance development and market expansion. Europeans lack here the necessary creativity and will. They prefer to discuss until European companies have gone bust.

Will the pirates come to the rescue for these companies? If they did, they would definitely become game changers themselves. This is why more and more established politicians have to meet the young politicians of the “Piraten Partei” (www.piratenpartei.de). Are the old politicians losing their political ground? Definitely not, but they are definitely getting a new generation that is heavily in arms. They weaponry is the modern communication platform called Internet and social media.
