What has to be taken into consideration? Besides a
variety of simple problems which can be resolved by feeling and experience
there are problems proving very tricky. Some of those cases
can not be solved by the classic approach and have to tackled
by different means.
- Define the problem as fine as possible
- Find connections a cross relations
- Understand the dynamic character of the problem
- Set up a lab to find and check the proposed
solution

and insiders?
- Set clearly with in which path changes can

Rules for a conflict free team work
Let every one know the rules and live by them. Be fair and responsible
as a group:
- Team work should target the solution by objectives
- Keep to targets, dead lines and objectives
- Let every one express their ideas and take
them into consideration.
- Accept your team partner but try to avoid "I
am better than you" mentality
- Do not let conflicts worsen but get them solved
at once
- Work on the solution by a structural plan
Rules for meetings
How are the different steps to be sorted and connected to each other?
Are check points necessary? Connect way points on a logical basis as
you can not paint a car without having made the body.
Please use electronic methods for project management, work scheduling and
time management. Avoid a big pile of paper and lost data. So which
way points are possible?
- Set clear schedule for the meeting including
topics
- State objectives in a definite manner
- Send the invitation in plenty of time
- Include in the message the main topic of the
meeting
