Cyber Terrorists attack the virtual Timor

  
  According to the Irish provider hosting the virtual domain Timors it has been a target for hackers. Of course there are many rumours that the reason of the attacks is political. In January 99 the attacks lead to a total crash of its services.

In the autumn of 1999 a German webhost in Karlsruhe was under siege for 2 days. Fortunately it was successful in repelling its attackers.

Attacks by hackers are becoming more frequent as some big e-commerce sites were jammed by email spamming in early 2000.
