	EU Laws allow spamming
	The European parliament has passed a law (May 1999) allowing advertising companies to send unwanted mail. And it not worse enough, the law does not make the poster ask for permission before sending mails to a mailbox. The owner of the mailbox has to ask the sender to stop sending mails. But as most emails come from outside Europe, spammers will have plenty to laugh about our laws. Who wants to change their email address after every little spam that has arrived? try asking them to stop sending! They ignore us all! The member states of the European union have 18 months time to make it a nation wide law. The winners are the spammers not the citizens. This means that by calling your mailbox you could get per day upto 20 unwanted mails. May 2003 has shown a large number of Spam mail with virus attachments.
